Preferred booth space on the grass in Monument Park for $175
We will give you the opportunity to select two preferred spaces, but there is no guarantee you will receive the requested spaces. We will do our best to work with our vendors on preferences.

Become an Art Exhibitor

Application Instructions

  1. Read the terms and regulations for a booth lease (see below).
  2. Complete the online registration form to the right and attach (upload) a .jpg picture to be used with publicity.
  3. Wait to receive an acceptance email before submitting payment. An Email will be sent to you within 2 weeks from your application submission to inform you if you have been accepted or have been placed on a waiting list.
  4. Once accepted, you will receive an email with instructions for submitting payment to Dexter Daze. 
  5. You will receive a confirmation email that your check has been deposited. This will serve as your receipt.
  6. If you have been ACCEPTED and CONFIRMED, you will receive your exhibitor notification in July, along with parking suggestions and the evacuation procedure.

Friday, August 9, 2019: 10 am - 8 pm
Saturday, August 10, 2019: 10 am - 6pm

Check In and Set Up

Check in at the Gazebo between Main and Central Streets.
Thursday, August 8, 2019: 4 pm - 7 pm
Friday, August 9, 2019: 7:00 am - 8:30 am
  • Information about set up and drop off will be communicated once our site plan is set in July. Here is the basic information for you:
    • Thursday evening - Not before 4pm
    • Friday Morning
    • We will have set times if you require additional time and space to unload
      • you will have 15 minutes to unload and move vehicles

Booth Rental

  • 10X10 booth space (you provide your own tent/table)
  • Monument Park and Mill Creek Park
  • $150 per booth space or $175 for preferred booth space on grass in Monument Park
  • Booth must be open both Friday and Saturday from 10am - 8pm
​        (6pm on Saturday)

Terms and Regulations

Please read below what EXHIBITORS and DEXTER DAZE COMMITTEE agrees to do. You will need to check the box when applying online to accept the following conditions.

Dexter Daze Exhibitors Agrees

  • Display to remain open during set booth times
  • You must clean up your space and surrounding areas at the end of the festival and leave your space as you found it
  • Provide your own insurance for the duration of the festival
  • Agree to not hold us responsible
  • NO Guarantees for placement, we reserve the right to determine best fit for the festival.
  • Applications received after the deadline will be put on waiting list
  • There will be no refunds after June 1st
  • No Smoking is allowed during the festival, in or around the parks

Dexter Daze Committee Agrees

  1. To promote the Dexter Daze festival locally.
  2. To place exhibitors in the surrounding areas of Monument Park and Mill Creek Park. Hand-crafted products will be given preferential location consideration. 
  3. To furnish contracted space, reserving the right to modify in the best interests of the show. No canopies, tables or chairs are provided. BOOTH LOCATIONS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BOOTH COMMITTEE. (Requests for specific sites are not allowed)
  4. To notify exhibitors by email of acceptance or rejection.
